HBPW Construction Criteria

This Manual contains formal guidelines that are required to be followed when developing Water System Distribution and Sanitary Sewer Collection Improvements; Expansion, Construction and Demolition, within the service territory jurisdiction of the City of Hannibal.

The major approval processes included in these guidelines include; preparing plans, gaining approval, developing, constructing, installing, permitting, legal easement recording and submission of record drawings.

Strict adherence to these guidelines will result in a successful project.
