On Saturday April 29, 2023, the Hannibal Board of Public Works along with Hannibal Parks & Recreation, the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce, and US Cellular sponsored Earth Day Cleanup from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Y Men’s Pavilion in Hannibal. Community volunteers spent the morning picking up trash all around the city. After the trash was collected, representatives from the Hannibal Board of Public Works and Hannibal Parks & Recreation collected the bags for disposal. US Cellular provided water bottles to the first 100 participants. We want to thank everyone who volunteered their time to help make our community a little cleaner!
