On Friday, December 8th, Gene Majors, Water Distribution Supervisor, clocked out for the last time after 46 years of service to the HBPW! “I really enjoyed the work and fellow employees. Every day was something new. I looked forward to it.” said Gene when asked what has made him stay at the HBPW for over four decades. “I will miss all of the laughing and helping each other solve problems.” he shared with a smile. Perhaps, that is what all of his fellow employees will miss the most about Gene – his infectious smile. We congratulate Gene on his 46 years of dedication to the HBPW and wish him the best of luck in his retirement!
